Recent SP/BH highlights include being named #22 of 100 bands on the “Buzzbands LA annual countdown of 2017", voted Deli Magazine’s “Artist of the Month” December 2017 and voted “Best Indie band of 2015” in OC Weekly’s Reader’s Choice Awards. SP/BH also sold out shows in direct support of both the House of Blues Anaheim with notorious ‘90s band “Lit”, as well as the Long Beach staple Alex’s Bar with the all-girl Morrissey endorsed quartet, “Girl In a Coma”.

Spare Parts for Broken Hearts recorded new single “Ever” at the end of 2016 with Grammy Award winning Producer, Doug Boehm (Girls, Tokyo Police Club, Booker T Jones & Drive-By Truckers). “Ever” is due out Spring, 2017.
